Remaining silent while others are being hurt is not cool!
Bullies can be stopped when victims and bystanders learn and apply new ways to Stand UP! against all bullying.
If YOU are being Bullied
Don't be afraid to tell an adult. Telling isn't snitching!
Be sure to tell exactly what happened ... who was bullied, who the bully was, where and when it happened
If you tell an adult and you don't think they are doing anything about the bullying or if the situation isn't improving, tell another adult. The more adults you involve the better. (see parents page for steps you can take to report bullying)
Document the bullying incident(s). Keep a notebook with who bullied, when and where the bullying occurred and who witnessed the event.
Keep telling adults until someone does something to help!
Encourage everyone at your school to Speak OUT! against bullying.
Ask your principal if you can start a peer mentoring group to establish a bully-free community at your school.
You can change your school, you can change your community - you can change the world!
